Putting an Order on Hold

If a customer needs to step away, or you need to serve another customer while waiting, you can hold the current order and come back to it later.

To hold an order:

  1. Tap the Hold button.
  2. Optionally type a short name or note for the order (e.g., "Table 4 - John").
  3. Tap Confirm Hold.

To retrieve a held order:

  1. Tap the Held Orders button.
  2. You will see a list of all orders currently on hold.
  3. Tap the one you want to continue.
