Optional: Restrict Island to Allowed Pumps

On Pump Island, use the Allowed Pumps table when you want only selected pumps to appear in Pump Grid.

Behavior:

• If Allowed Pumps is empty, all pumps on that island are available.
• If Allowed Pumps contains enabled rows, only those pumps are available.
