Recording M-Pesa Manually (Without STK Push)

If a customer has already paid by M-Pesa before reaching the attendant, or if STK Push is disabled, M-Pesa can be recorded manually:

1. Set the payment method to M-Pesa.
2. In the M-Pesa Reference field, enter the transaction code from the customer's M-Pesa confirmation SMS (e.g. RHF6Q8TSMN).
3. Alternatively, tap Recent Transactions to see a list of recent M-Pesa payments and select the matching one.
4. Complete the sale.
